A new permanent home

After four and a half happy years at our current site, we have grown to the point where we need a more permanent base that meets our needs of: 

• Within about 20 min drive from our current site in Bitton
  
• Access to running water and electricity
• Indoor and outdoor spaces
• Toilet facilities, or possibility of building toilets
• Space for 21 - 30 young people plus 4 to 5 regular adult facilitators
• Regular hire for three days a week, ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, for 36 weeks a year. 
• Ideally hire would run from 9.00 am - 5.00pm, with young people being on site between 9.00 and 3:30. 
• Possible access to the site outside of regular times and dates, if that is of mutual convenience
• Appropriate planning permission, or the potential for obtaining permission.

Hosting the Green House would give a regular, stable income from an established organisation. We put relationships at the core of what we do, so would prioritise keeping a positive connection with the site owners through open and authentic communication. We would work together to maximise the mutual benefits that hosting the Green House could have and be responsive to the needs of the site owners.
